The SAF-ADAPT project includes a number of activities, organised around three themes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Research projects are undertaken by Masters students, PhD students and postdoctoral researchers, jointly supervised by senior academics from South Africa and Belgian partner universities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Research activities are enhanced by a research training programme and inter-university student and staff exchanges, and government and civil society capacity building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
